Redeployment
82 Despite the Civil Service Act, if a person who was an employee of the Justice Division of the Department of Justice and Attorney General on June 30, 2013, and becomes an employee of the Commission on July 1, 2013, is laid off by the Commission during the period beginning on July 1, 2013, and ending on June 30, 2015, the person is deemed to be an employee under the Civil Service Act for the purposes of subsections 26(3) and (4) of that Act and of paragraph 3(c) of the Exclusions Regulation - Civil Service Act.
